Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Assist sales agents in showing homes to clients
• Deliver detailed feedback to refine client preferences
• Draft and negotiate offers for agents and clients
• Generate at least 10 hours of leads weekly
• Engage in weekly script practice and team activities
• Attend weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
