A high-performing real estate team is in search of a motivated Showing Agent to support our Senior Buyer Agents and grow within a fast-paced, opportunity-rich environment. If you're enthusiastic about real estate and eager to build a long-term career, this role offers a strong foundation. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience, working open houses and property showings alongside top-tier producers, while benefiting from proven systems and ongoing mentorship. We're looking for licensed agents, though those currently enrolled in real estate coursework may qualify through our coaching track. Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Present yourself in a professional manner • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales communication experience Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 at plan
