Fidelity is seeking an Analyst, Shareholder Reporting, Real Estate Financial Statements Production, to join a team delivering accurate financial reports for real estate funds. The role involves GAAP reporting, SEC filings, and SOX compliance, with collaboration across FFIO and external auditors to ensure timely financial statements.

You will work on preparing and reviewing quarterly and annual reports, leveraging Yardi and advanced Excel to translate accounting data into financial statements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in financial services and real estate reporting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and real estate reporting standards.
• Experience with public company reporting (10-K/10-Q/8-K) is a plus.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review financial statements for real estate funds to GAAP standards.
• Support quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with functional teams and external auditors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Work with Direct Real Estate Finance Team, Alternative Accounting, and FFIO partners.
