Job summary

Fidelity is seeking an Analyst, Shareholder Reporting, Real Estate Financial Statements Production to support quarterly and annual financial reporting for real estate funds. You will prepare GAAP-compliant statements and coordinate with auditors, with emphasis on SEC filings and SOX compliance.

The role involves cross-team collaboration within FFIO, leveraging Yardi and MS Office tools to deliver accurate filings and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services experience with real estate products and public company reporting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and real estate reporting standards.
• Experience with Yardi accounting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy, timeliness and GAAP adherence.
• Collaborate with operations teams and external auditors on quarterly and annual filings.
• Support SEC reporting (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and SOX 404 compliance.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting quality.
