Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and VA bar admission.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and with staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential settlements for assigned office(s).
• Drive business development by attracting new agents and clients.
• Provide guidance to staff and assist with underwriting and operations.
• Represent MBH at meetings, classes, conventions, and events.
