Qualifications

• J.D. and Virginia Bar active membership required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-service skills.
• Interest and demonstrated ability in business development.
• Outgoing, entrepreneurial, and collaborative personality.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the regional footprint.
• Existing industry relationships or a portable book of business are a plus.
