In the role of Real Estate Services Agent II, you'll:
  • Provide due diligence, negotiations, and coordination for property acquisitions, relocations, and rights-of-way related to public or private projects.
  • Coordinate right-of-way and utility issues for clients.
  • Support real property projects through property assessments, risk analysis, rights acquisition, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination, and utility relocation.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Real estate license in good standing or equivalent as required by law.
  • Familiarity with databases and GIS.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in real estate, right-of-way, title, utility coordination, relocation, or property management.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, handle large workloads, and coordinate with management. Willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and industry laws, including FHWA, FAA, FTA, FRA, NEPA, FERC, and the Uniform Relocation Act.
  • Confidence in working with clients, property owners, and occupants.
  • Ability to balance office and field work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation skills, and flexibility to work varied hours and with diverse people.
