Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and financing agreements.
• Conduct due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
• Assist in structuring and closing real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop strategic solutions for real estate projects.
• This group is consistently busy and highly collaborative, providing associates and partners with the opportunity to build robust client relationships while advancing their transactional skillset.

Summary

This is an opportunity to represent clients in a national real estate practice and participate immediately in sophisticated matters. Our deal teams are structured to allow senior associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of law firm experience in real estate transactions
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a high-volume practice (and specifically must be able to handle drafting and negotiating of all lease types from start to finish)
