This hybrid role involves handling complex real estate transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, and financing for a broad range of asset classes and collaborating with a top-tier team.

Candidates should have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record, bar admission in multiple jurisdictions, and 5+ years of substantive CRE experience.

Qualifications

• Active bar admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing.
• 5+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience.
• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes.
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork.
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred.

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents.

• Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients.
