CyberCoders seeks a seasoned transactional real estate attorney to join our Real Estate practice as a Junior Partner in Florida. This role targets a senior lawyer with at least seven years of experience who can lead deals, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice in Naples and beyond.

You will handle complex CRE transactions, coordinate cross‑practice teams, and develop client relationships while contributing to business development and the firm's market presence.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and Florida bar admission.
• Minimum of 7 years of transactional real estate experience.
• Strong skills in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, JVs, and financing.
• Experience coordinating cross-practice teams on complex deals.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relations abilities.
• Business development aptitude is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, JVs, developments, and financings.
• Draft, negotiate, and close complex transaction documents.
• Conduct and oversee due diligence (title, survey, environmental, zoning).
• Advise on structuring and risk allocation in deals.
• Manage all transaction phases from LOI to closing with cross-functional teams.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled transactional real estate attorney to join our Real Estate practice as a Junior Partner. This role is ideal for a senior attorney with at least seven years of experience who is ready to take on greater responsibility, lead deals, and contribute to the growth of a well-regarded commercial real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, developments, and financings.
• Draft, negotiate, and close complex transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, joint venture/operating agreements, leases, and related instruments.
• Conduct and oversee due diligence (title, survey, environmental, zoning/entitlements, and related matters).
• Advise developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and corporate clients on structuring and risk allocation in real estate deals.
• Manage all phases of transactions from letter of intent through closing, coordinating with internal specialists (tax, environmental, land use, finance) and external parties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and actively participate in business development efforts.
• Support the continued growth and visibility of the firm's real estate practice in the Pittsburgh market and beyond.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida bar.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience focused on transactional real estate at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong technical skills in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, and/or financing.
• Experience handling sophisticated, multi-party transactions and coordinating cross-practice teams.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, project management, and client-communication skills.
• Demonstrated business development aptitude or a portable book of business is a significant plus.
• Collaborative mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
