Breakaway Talent Group is partnering with a fast-growing Connecticut real estate investment firm to recruit driven salespeople for a full-time, in-office role in Cheshire, CT. You will start in Lead Manager, learn the business, and progress toward Acquisitions with performance-based growth.

Strong communication and resilience are valued; no prior sales experience is required, and former athletes are encouraged to apply due to competitiveness and coachability.

• Strong phone-based sales abilities and comfort speaking with homeowners.

Responsabilidades

• Speak directly with homeowners and prospective sellers.
• Build rapport and understand each seller’s situation and motivation.
• Follow up consistently with leads and move opportunities.
• Manage a sales pipeline and stay organized with next steps.
• Handle objections and discuss selling a property.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and operations teams.
• Learn to evaluate real estate opportunities.
• Develop sales skills and progress into a higher closing role.
