Job summary

Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Brigantine, New Jersey is hiring Real Estate Salespeople. We offer commission-based earnings with leads from day one and a proven training program to get you licensed, productive, and profitable quickly.

No prior real estate experience is required. You will prospect for buyers and sellers, show homes, negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and inspections, while managing contracts through closing.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary - we train Real Estate Salespeople from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
