Century 21 Action Plus Realty is hiring Real Estate Salespeople in Monroe Township, New Jersey. You will receive leads from day one, be trained to become licensed, and earn competitive commissions with the support of a major brand.

The role offers a flexible schedule with the potential for hybrid or full-time arrangements, depending on the office needs and your availability. No prior real estate experience is required, and onboarding is provided.

Qualifications

• No prior real estate experience required; we train Real Estate Salespeople from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts through closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.

As a Real Estate Salesperson with Century 21 Action Plus Realty, your day is built around people and deals. You will prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking. You will schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer all the way to closing. Real Estate Salespeople at our Monroe Township office also participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
