Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Agent and Commission-Based Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for buying and selling residential properties, filling vacancies with qualified tenants, and assisting clients in buying, all while providing excellent customer service. This dual role allows you to expand your earning potential through leasing commissions and real estate sales. You’ll have the flexibility to set your schedule, work independently, and maximize your income based on your performance and drive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market available rental properties through online platforms and referrals
  • Respond to inquiries and schedule property tours with prospective tenants
  • Conduct showings and highlight property features and amenities
  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, from showing to signed lease
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
  • Collaborate with the property management team for move-in coordination
  • Maintain knowledge of local rental market and competitor offerings
