What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of buyer’s agent experience with a proven track record of success
• Strong local market knowledge and a passion for helping clients find their dream home
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Host occasional open houses with lead conversion
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, using excellent judgment and discretion, and building long-term client relationships
• Comfort with CRMs, Microsoft Office suite, social media platforms, services like Dotloop/Zipform/Docusign, and the ability to learn new technologies

What You’ll Get:

This is a full-time, commission-based role with realistic earnings of $50,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on your drive and performance.
