You will work directly with agents in one-on-one and small group settings to improve conversion rates, consistency, and scalable sales habits, with base salary plus commission overrides and benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Coaching agents to improve conversion rates and pipeline management.
• Experience coaching real estate agents is a plus.
• Able to work one-on-one and in small groups.
