Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successful real estate sales.
• Familiarity with the Orlando real estate market and current trends.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car.
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

• Participate in open houses, coordinate showings and show homes for buyers.
• Serve as intermediary between clients and listing agents to smooth transactions.
• Assist clients through home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options.
• Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
• Engage pre-qualified leads to understand buyers’ wants and needs.

• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
• Valid Real Estate License

Compensation

$112,000+ commission yearly
