Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain Florida real estate salesperson license.
• Complete Coldwell Banker Amelia Group residential sales training provided at no cost.

Responsibilities

• Help buyers find the right properties and neighborhoods for their needs.
• List and market homes to attract qualified buyers quickly.
• Run showings, open houses, and walkthroughs to connect buyers with a home.
• Present and negotiate offers that protect clients’ interests.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through closing.
