Qualifications

• No license required initially; training provided
• Be 18 years or older

• Complete residential sales training provided at no cost

Responsibilities

• Work with buyers to identify properties and neighborhoods for their needs
• List and market residential properties to attract qualified buyers
• Host showings, open houses, and walkthroughs that help buyers connect with a home
• Present and negotiate purchase offers to protect your clients' interests
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and paperwork through to closing
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat home sale business

Education
