Our Delavan office is looking for experienced salespeople in Delavan and across Walworth County who are ready to move into real estate. If you have sold in retail, automotive, inside sales or B2B, you already have the hardest skill in this business. Shorewest will help with everything else.

You will work company-provided leads along with your own network, show homes, host open houses, negotiate offers and build a repeat and referral book in Delavan and across Walworth County. Compensation is 100% commission. Shorewest agents typically earn between $75,000 and $250,000 per year, with no cap. Work full-time or part-time, and set your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any field is a plus, and drive matters most
• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communicator, available some evenings and weekends when clients need you
• Willing to earn a Wisconsin real estate salesperson license, with our help
