Reynolds EmpowerHome Team in Maryland is seeking licensed Real Estate Listing Agents who want access to qualified seller opportunities, proven systems, professional training, and the support needed to build a successful listing business.

Spend less time chasing prospects and more time doing what drives results: meeting motivated sellers, winning listing agreements, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Real Estate License required.
• Full-time commitment to real estate sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Listing or sales experience preferred.
• Skilled in market analysis and pricing.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
• Coachable, driven, and results-focused.

Responsibilities

• Understand sellers’ needs and goals.
• Meet with homeowners to discuss selling their properties.
• Prepare homes for listing and recommend pricing strategies.
• Guide sellers through the listing process.
• Prepare and negotiate listing agreements and offers.
• Assist clients from consultation through closing. Follow up with leads using our CRM and sales systems.
• Build referrals through great client service.
• Attend sales training, coaching, and team meetings.
