Real Estate Agent - Hungry, Humble, Ready to Build, High-Earning Potential Location: Magnolia, TX Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office 2 Days/Week Required Experience Level: 0–3 Years in Real Estate Preferred Are you relentless about your goals? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a high-drive, coachable, and economically motivated Real Estate Agent who’s ready to take their potential seriously. We’re looking for someone who is chasing growth, mastery, and income. Responsibilities: What We’re Looking For: • **Discipline & Focus: **You don’t wait for motivation — you show up and do the work, daily. • **Grit & Drive: **You do the hard things — even when no one’s watching. • Ambition: You want to build a 6-figure+ business and aren’t afraid of the grind to get there. • Self-Motivation: You push yourself — not for approval, but because you have big goals. • Coachability: You don’t have it all figured out and that’s the point — you’re here to grow fast. • Prospecting Mentality: Willing and eager to find clients through outreach, not just wait for leads. • Attention to Detail: Your clients don’t get sloppy service — you own the process from start to finish. • Client-Focused: You act as a steward for your clients’ goals — this is relational, not just transactional. • Comfortable with Numbers: Able to analyze comps, pricing strategies, and market trends confidently. • Relentless Consistency: You show up every day, even when it’s hard. • Positive Attitude: You bring energy and resilience, even in tough markets. • Team Player: Willing to show up at the office at least 2x/week for prospecting, training, collaboration, and accountability. Qualifications: This Is Not for You If: • You’re just “trying real estate out” • You need total freedom, not structure • You resist being coached or held accountable Minimum Commitment: • Attend in-office training, prospecting, collaboration, and accountability at least 2x/week • Make real prospecting a non-negotiable part of your week • Commit to daily habits, not just big goals Compensation: $75,000 - $250,000 commission based

Compensation:
$75,000-$250,000 per year
