Responsibilities
  1. Prepare a strong pre-listing packet to be mailed to clients
  2. Conduct seller or buyer questionnaires over the phone
  3. Oversee a runner to obtain photos before appointments for instant offers
  4. Analyze comparable sales to determine the optimal listing price
  5. Attend buyer and seller appointments (scheduled by our appointment setters)
  6. Identify client needs and recommend solutions (pre-listing concierge, guaranteed offer, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and self-driven
  • Ability to learn or utilize real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Hold, or actively be working toward, an active real estate license in Alabama
Compensation

$70,000+ annually
