EmpowerHome Team is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Dallas‑Fort Worth, TX area. We provide qualified leads and pre-set appointments; you focus on meeting clients, writing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions.

You will work with our marketing and Inside Sales teams to maximize closings while enjoying robust CRM, tech tools, coaching, and a collaborative growth culture. Compensation is commission-based, with high income potential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent in good standing.
• Proven track record in sales.
• Ability to meet clients, write offers, and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Write and submit offers on behalf of clients.
• Negotiate contracts and guide clients to close deals.
• Coordinate with EmpowerHome Team to manage transactions and paperwork.
