• Consult with home buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
• Follow up with inbound leads and nurture client relationships
• Conduct showings, listing presentations, and client meetings
• Negotiate offers and manage contracts through closing
• Host open houses and generate additional business opportunities
• Maintain consistent communication and exceptional customer service
• Participate in team training sessions and sales meetings

Qualifications
