Responsibilities

1. Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
2. Nurture relationships that connect with clients.
3. Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.
4. Meet with clients to determine their home wish list and help them find their dream home.
5. Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.
6. Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business.
7. “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers.
8. Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
2. Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
3. Good organizational and time management skills.
4. Tech-savvy.
5. Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and success is preferred.
6. Top-notch time management skills and highly organized.
7. Past sales experience is preferred.

Compensation

$80,000 - $350,000 per year
