You should already have closed a few transactions and be ready to take your production to the next level. We offer training, accountability, and systems designed to keep opportunities moving forward.

Full-Time Real Estate Agent | Brokerage Leads + Hands-On Broker Support

What You Can Expect From Us

Approximately 8 brokerage-provided leads per month

We invest in multiple lead sources to create additional opportunities for our agents. You should still build your personal sphere and referral business- but you won't be expected to generate every opportunity on your own.

Real Broker Support

When you have a difficult negotiation, contract question, challenging client situation, or need help putting a deal together, you will have access to an experienced broker who is actively involved in the business.

Not just someone whose name is on your license.
