GD Homes Real Estate is seeking two full-time real estate agents to join our team. You will work with brokerage-provided leads and receive hands-on broker support to grow your production.

Ideal candidates have a real estate license and are ready to take their career to the next level with structured training and ongoing coaching. We emphasize proactive follow-up, buyer consultations, listing appointments, and building a sustainable referral pipeline.

What You Can Expect From Us

Approximately 8 brokerage-provided leads per month

We invest in multiple lead sources to create additional opportunities for our agents. You should still build your personal sphere and referral business- but you won't be expected to generate every opportunity on your own.

Real Broker Support

When you have a difficult negotiation, contract question, challenging client situation, or need help putting a deal together, you will have access to an experienced broker who is actively involved in the business.

Not just someone whose name is on your license.
