Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle shifting priorities.
• Highly motivated by a growth and coaching culture.
• Hunter mentality with a focus on results and turning conversations into closed deals.

Responsibilities

• Close sales to prospective clients, adhering to our high‑performance standard of productivity, including lead follow‑up and cold calling
• Meet aggressive sales volume and profitability goals
• Develop mastery of the Landvoice Platform and its evolving features to provide accurate product and service information to prospects and clients
• Manage, organize, and update Landvoice's database as a result of lead generation efforts, events, and inbound and outbound sales activity
• Implement sales initiatives, strategies, and programs
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, generate referrals, and identify add‑on sales opportunities
• Perform other business development and selling duties as assigned
