Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in Houston to lead the appraisal review process for complex commercial and multifamily properties as part of the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Appraisal team.

You will engage external appraisals, ensure accuracy and compliance with USPAP, FIRREA, and internal standards, and drive quality in a fast-paced financial transactions environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of appraisal experience and 5+ years reviewing complex commercial reports.
• Experience appraising and reviewing commercial and multifamily property types.
• MAI designation courses or equivalent.
• Excellent mathematical and communication skills; proficient with MS Office and Argus.

Responsibilities

• Engage and review external appraisals on moderate to complex commercial and multifamily properties.
• Review and analyze real estate valuation appraisal reports in compliance with USPAP, FIRREA and internal appraisal requirements.
• Completion of appraisal reviews to JPMorgan Chase minimum appraisal and evaluation standards and appropriate regulatory guidelines.
