Qualifications

• Must have State Certified General Appraiser License in DC, MD, or VA.
• Minimum 4-year college degree.
• Minimum 5+ years of appraisal/review experience in multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Appraise 5+ unit multifamily residential, mixed-use and/or commercial properties.
• Lead and mentor a team of 1–3 trainees/analysts.
• Review contributions from trainees/analysts for quality and adherence to standards.
• Manage multiple appraisal projects to ensure timely, high-quality reports.
• Ensure reports are complete, credible, and based on sound appraisal methodology.
• Understand local market trends and communicate justified conclusions.
• Collaborate with other regions and participate in special projects.
