Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree is required.
• State Certified General Appraiser License is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience evaluating or reviewing complex multifamily residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties.
• Strong analytical, business writing, and oral communication skills are a must.
• MS Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency is required.

Responsabilités

• Perform reviews of appraisal reports for multifamily residential (5+ units) and/or commercial properties to determine credibility of market values.
• Use risk-based decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure completeness and reasonableness of reviews.
• Learn and perform administrative tasks that drive the CRE Appraisal Review process.
• Develop local market knowledge and track national real estate trends.
