Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review all documents for recording and ensure accuracy for about 120,000 documents annually.
• Process e-recording and check State forms and local taxes.
• Collect high volumes of money (cash and checks) and balance daily cash drawer.
• Maintain and operate office equipment and information retrieval systems.
• Return recorded documents to customers by mail or pickup and log overnight mail.
