We have an immediate opening for a Real Estate Project Specialist, based out of any US office, supporting the Real Estate Team to manage the Firm’s real estate portfolio.

The salary range in CA for this role is $90k - $110k, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease database and related documents
• Prepare and develop occupancy budgets
• Review variance reports monthly and follow up
• Conduct annual reviews of escalations
• Update schedules and reports for portfolio data
• Analyze metrics and trends
• Stay current on real estate processes, tools, and market trends
• Participate in real estate projects (relocations, renovations, expansions)
• Manage construction project documentation
• Oversee space management system and research new tools
• Complete special real estate projects as needed

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, communication, and judgment skills
• Organized, able to multi-task, and work independently
• Attention to detail with high-quality deliverables
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; database experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, with Real Estate project management, design, or construction experience
• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed
