Job summary

CBRE in the United States seeks a Project Manager to provide consulting for a multi-use facility client account, guiding projects from initiation through completion.

Projects include ground-up and facility infrastructure construction with up to 50% regional travel, primarily in the Eastern Time Zone. You will lead delivery teams, manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and governance to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Ground up construction and MEP infrastructure experience strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to define scope, budget, schedule, and milestones.
• Develop risk assessments and contingency plans; monitor progress and report variances.
• Ensure governance and data integrity across project documentation.
• Lead delivery teams and mentor junior staff to align with CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate with stakeholders to secure resources and approvals.
