Job summary

FCCMA is seeking a real estate transactions professional in Tampa to manage county-wide projects, including vacate petitions and the acquisition of development-required interests such as easements and right-of-way dedications.

The role coordinates with County departments, the County Attorney’s Office, developers, petitioners, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely completion of transactions, while providing valuation, title, and terms analysis to protect the County’s interests.

Responsibilities

• Manages county-wide real estate transactions and projects involving vacate petitions and the acquisition of development-required interests including easements and right-of-way dedications.
• Coordinates with County departments, the County Attorney’s Office, developers, petitioners, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Board policies and support timely transaction completion.
• Provides technical analysis and recommendations on property valuations, title matters, and transaction terms to protect the County’s real estate interests.
