Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related technical field.
• 7 years of experience in project controls or operations management within real estate development, design, or construction.

Responsibilities

• L ead scope, schedule, risk and financial control processes across regions, including capex forecasting and monthly QA/QC reviews.
• Oversee core portfolio reporting, provide executive updates, and ensure data integrity in PM/financial systems.
• Analyze workflows to remove inefficiencies and build standard operating procedures and playbooks.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for regional project delivery teams on project controls and financial tracking.
• Collaborate with regional design and delivery leads and central finance to align real estate ops with strategy.
