Qualifications

• PhD in real estate, finance or economics from an AACSB accredited institution.
• Tenured Associate or Full Professor currently.
• Evidence of sustained teaching in undergraduate real estate courses.
• Sustained research record per Scholarly Academic (SA) standards.
• Criminal history background check completed.
• Ability to lead program development and relationships with industry.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate real estate courses and maintain a high-impact research agenda.
• Mentor junior faculty in research and publication to strengthen departmental output.
• Provide visionary leadership to elevate the Real Estate program within the Fransen Department of Real Estate, Economics & Finance.
• Collaborate with industry professionals to foster partnerships benefiting students and the program.
