or DBA in finance/real estate from an AACSB-accredited program is required. The candidate will teach undergraduate courses in finance and real estate, contribute to curriculum development, and maintain an active research program.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or D.B.A. from AACSB-accredited program.
• Record of effective teaching in finance and/or real estate.
• Active research in real estate with publications.

Responsibilities

• Primarily teach real estate and finance courses.
• Develop and update curriculum for real estate program.
• Advise students on coursework, internships and careers.
• Engage in research and publish in real estate.
• Help build industry partnerships and program visibility.
