The Ethridge Team in Arizona is seeking an experienced real estate agent who wants to take ownership of production and income. This is a commission-based opportunity to actively produce business, manage clients, and become a true partner in day-to-day operations.

Compensation is commission-based with significant earning potential: 20% ownership when you take full control of a client and transaction, 10% as the primary contact, 10% on listings, and 50/50 on self-generated deals, with $150,000+

Are you an experienced Arizona real estate agent who is ready to take real ownership of your production and income?

The Ethridge Team is looking for a Production Partner to work directly alongside Team Lead Erin Ethridge. This is not a salaried or administrative position. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who wants to actively produce business, manage clients, and become a true partner in the day-to-day production of a growing real estate team.

Compensation

• Commission-based with significant earning potential.

• 20% when you take full ownership of the client and transaction, and Erin has nothing to do with the transaction

• 10% when Erin remains the primary client contact, and you support the transaction

• 10% on listings

• 50/50 on your self-generated transactions

• $150,000+ potential annual earnings based on production and contribution
  

This role is for someone who wants to build, produce, and earn, not simply receive leads and complete tasks.
