Heart & Home Realty Co. seeks a Production Partner to own the full process from first response to closing. You will handle lead follow-up, appointments, showings, CMAs, contracts, and coordination of inspections and appraisals, while ensuring the CRM is always current.

This is a commission-only role with no lead costs, no marketing spend, and the ability to scale within a proven high-standard model alongside a top-performing agent.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma real estate license is required.
• Willingness to join Heart & Home Realty Co. via eXp Realty.
• Solid knowledge of residential contracts.
• Genuine weekend and evening availability.

Responsabilités

• Lead follow-up from first contact to closing and ensure CRM is current.
• Schedule and conduct appointments and showings; coordinate CMAs and contracts.
