Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed by May 2027
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3 four-month rotations across property and procurement teams.
• Support sourcing, lease administration, and vendor management initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience with real estate operations and procurement processes.
