Citizens in Johnston, RI is seeking a Property and Procurement intern for a 10-week program starting June 1, 2027. You will shadow senior leaders, work on cross-functional projects across property, procurement, and risk management, and apply your learning to a real business case with a final presentation.

This internship emphasizes data, financial, and qualitative analysis, contract basics, and professional presentations.

Qualifications

• Complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link.
• Eagerness to learn about Real Estate, Procurement and Business Operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of working autonomously as well as collaborating with the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Shadow senior leaders and interact with interns across alternate business lines.
• Complete a series of case studies and a final project with a presentation.
• Develop data, financial and qualitative analysis skills.
• Engage with Property and Procurement teams including Sourcing, Lease Administration and Risk Management.
