Job summary

Invesco, a leading global investment firm, seeks a Senior Associate for Portfolio Management to support portfolio analysis, client reporting, strategic planning, and performance monitoring across institutional real estate portfolios.

You will collaborate with Investment Management and internal partners to deliver strong investment outcomes and exceptional client service, leveraging Argus and other tools in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required; MBA, CFA or other advanced designation a plus.
5–7 years of experience in Portfolio/Fund Management, Asset Management, Real Estate Investments or related areas.
Strong understanding of institutional real estate investments and portfolio management.
Advanced financial analysis skills including forecasting and valuation.
Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Argus required; familiarity with Yardi is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support multiple separate account investment strategies and portfolio business plans.
Monitor portfolio and property-level performance; provide analysis and recommendations on acquisitions, leasing, valuations, and capital expenditures.
Coordinate and facilitate client reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Assist with capital calls, client requests and portfolio forecasting.
Prepare board materials and annual reports communicating portfolio activity.
