Job summary
Invesco Real Estate in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Analyst to partner with Investment Managers, optimizing asset performance across a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. You will develop property-specific strategies, evaluate major leasing decisions, and support quarterly and annual reporting.
The role requires 1–3 years in real estate and strong financial acumen, with proficiency in Argus, Excel, and coordination with third parties.
Qualifications
- Four year or equivalent undergraduate degree in Business or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial or multi-family real estate or related activity.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; able to work with all management levels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Investment Manager to develop property level operational strategies.
- Review valuation models (Argus and Excel) and participate in acquisitions/dispositions.
- Prepare financial analyses comparing portfolio results to benchmarks.
- Assist in Annual Business Plans and quarterly property budgets and variance reports.
- Coordinate with third-party managers, insurers and tax consultants as needed.
- Evaluate prospective tenants and perform lease-related financial analyses.
- Gather market data and support lender compliance and escrow activities.
