Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required; MBA, CFA or similar designation is a plus.
5-7 years in Portfolio/Fund Management, Asset Management or related fields.
Strong understanding of real estate investments and portfolio management.
Advanced financial analysis and forecasting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for client reporting.

Responsibilities

Support development and execution of multiple separate account strategies and plans.
Monitor portfolio and property performance; provide analysis and recommendations.
Coordinate client reporting monthly, quarterly and annually.
Assist with capital calls, client requests, and forecasting.
Prepare board materials and presentations communicating performance and activity.
Create portfolio-level reporting and analytics for risk, diversification and objectives.
Review financial structures and waterfalls for compliance.
Provide ad hoc support to clients and teams as needed.
