Key Responsibilities

Property Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of OAK+ELM's Ohio commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and property budgets.
• Develop and execute plans to maximize property value and optimize performance.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Acquisitions

• Research and identify potential property acquisitions that align with OAK+ELM's strategic objectives.
• Perform market analysis and financial modeling to evaluate acquisition opportunities.
• Collaborate with the executive team to negotiate and execute property transactions.
• Maintain a pipeline of acquisition opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship-building.
