Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Facilities Management or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in facilities management, property management, construction, project coordination, healthcare operations, or related field.
• Experience within healthcare, senior housing, commercial real estate, or multifamily environments preferred.
• Experience analyzing facility data, identifying maintenance trends, and supporting capital planning initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits of portfolio properties to evaluate facility conditions and capital needs.
• Complete site visit reports within 48 hours with observations and recommendations.
• Consolidate third-party reports into firm reporting formats.
• Maintain facility data in property management databases.
• Coordinate follow-up inspections to support asset management and compliance.
• Assist with facility condition assessments and capital planning across the portfolio.
• Travel up to 50% for site inspections and project reviews.
• Review vendor proposals and project quotations for scope and pricing.
• Track project progress and communicate risks to management.
• Produce site visit reports, dashboards, and analyses for senior management.
• Develop tools and trackers to improve portfolio visibility and efficiency.
