Qualifikationen

• College degree, preferably in an investment- or quantitatively oriented discipline.
• CFA Level 1 strongly preferred; MBA may suffice.
• 4-8 years of investment experience in commercial real estate private equity and debt.
• Solid understanding of investment theory and quantitative methods.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with discounted cash flow models (ARGUS Enterprise or Excel).
• Experience procuring and managing commercial real estate debt preferred.
• Ability to write quickly and effectively for internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and summarize large amounts of information.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present orally.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with AI-enhanced optimization is a plus.

• Efficiently and accurately complete detailed consultant and investor requests for quantitative information.
• Develop buy/hold/sell opinions based on cash flow models and market outlook.
• Perform research on economy, real estate markets, and investments.
• Participate in portfolio management discussions and investment strategy.
• Occasionally present to consultants, investors, and internal committees.
• Travel for property visits and conferences as needed.
• Support the team in producing cash flows and financial projections.
• Find ways to streamline data-intensive analyses across departments.
