Job summary

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is seeking a Real Estate Program Manager to support planning, execution, and governance of the firm’s real estate portfolio, including office openings, renovations, relocations, and workplace tech deployments. The role collaborates with technology, real estate teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• PMP, Prince2 or CAPM preferred.
• 5–10 years’ experience opening and managing all aspects of technical implementation with technology teams and real estate stakeholders.
• PMO experience including governance, portfolio tracking, resource planning, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of real estate programs across the firm, including new office openings, renovations, and relocations.
• Open and manage all aspects of technical implementation for real estate projects partnering with technology and real estate teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of assigned real estate projects including requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, implementation support, and post-deployment follow-up.
• Apply program management methodologies to real estate build-outs and technology deployments ensuring timely progress and quality.
